LNHA Registered Apprenticeship Program
The Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) of the OHCA Educational Foundation for Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) strives to increase the applicant pool for the LNHA role by offering paid apprenticeship opportunities to prospective LNHAs. The EFOHCA sponsored RAP takes the heavy lift of apprenticeship from the employer so you can focus on training your new LNHAs.
For providers currently reimbursing their Administrators-in-Training (AIT), or interested in beginning a reimbursed training program, the LNHA RAP is a winning strategy to help offset costs and attract the most qualified applicants to your facilities.
