If you are selected for an EFOHCA scholarship, you will be notified in May 2024 and will have until June 28, 2024 to provide proof of enrollment in order for the check to be issued on your behalf.

What is FAFSA & why should I apply?

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, is the first step in the financial aid process. Use it to apply for federal student financial aid, such as the Pell Grant, student loans, and college work-study. In addition, most states and schools use FAFSA information to award their financial aid. Completing the FAFSA not only is a condition of the EFOHCA scholarship program, it also opens up to you the world of other financial aid possibilities. Log on now to begin the FAFSA process for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
