Benefits Marketplace 

The OHCA Benefits Marketplace is a private market exchange that allows employers to offer a menu of health insurance plans to their employees while controlling the costs through a defined contribution strategy. One size does not fit all. Unlike a defined benefits strategy, a defined contribution strategy, through the OHCA Benefits Marketplace, allows your employees to choose the benefit plan that best fits their needs and budgets. Plus, private marketplaces will help employers avoid penalties under the Affordable Care Act and maintain compliance.
