OHCA Workforce Initiatives

The Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) and Educational Foundation of OHCA (EFOHCA) support over 1,200 providers across the state. In the aftermath of COVID-19, long-term services and supports providers experience the health care workforce shortage much more acutely than other provider types. Our dedicated staff work in hand with our member driven Workforce Committee to develop innovative solutions to the mounting workforce crisis.
