Residential Manager
Location: Westerville, Ohio
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, on-call required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Certification in CPR and First Aid - Free training is provided.
Valid Ohio Driver's License & proof of auto insurance.
Ability to travel within the state of Ohio required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Duties:
Responsible for management of the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served.
Provide training and development of the direct care staff in order to ensure the highest quality of care for the persons served.
Interview candidates for direct care openings and hire quality staff.
Maintain master schedules.
Complete forms, reports, documentation and other paperwork and submit my assigned due dates. Oversee and monitor the completion of forms, reports, documentation and other paperwork by direct care staff.
Monitor budgets and complete all financial reports and audits.
Communicate with county representative, families and guardians regarding Individual’s progress, needs, concerns and all emergencies.
