| Description |
Responsibilities include: Support and supervise Residential Nurses, including scheduling, coaching, and performance oversight. Review nursing documentation, ensure compliance, and provide clinical guidance to staff and families. Oversee medical care for assigned caseloads and provide coverage during nurse absences. Participate in the nurse on-call rotation and assist with healthcare issue follow-up. Train staff in Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid/AED, orientation, and ongoing health/hygiene topics. Monitor medication administration practices, complete observations, and follow med-error procedures. Assist with infection prevention efforts following OSHA and CDC guidelines; support disease tracking and staff education. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, DODD, Health Department, and other regulatory requirements. Complete routine quality-assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care. Provide care and oversight to the assigned caseload. |

$75,000 to $80,000 per year |
