Columbus is excited to host the 2021 OHCA Convention. Through this site you can make/modify or cancel your hotel reservations and receive an immediate acknowledgment number and email with your reservation details.

Hotel rooms are first come first serve.

To complete the reservation process please follow the prompts on each page and be aware that you must check the button to accept the "Terms and Conditions" and then click "BOOK”. Once your reservation is confirmed the next page will display a reservation code (acknowledgment number), and you will also receive an emailed acknowledgment. If you do not see a message telling you your reservation is complete with a reservation code (acknowledgment number) then the reservation process did not complete. Please direct any concerns to

If you require 10 or more rooms, send an email to, please advise if you are an "Attendee or Exhibitor" and provide the following information, the arrival/departure date, the number of rooms, number of people in each room, company name, contact name, address, phone number, and email address. Also list 3 hotel choices in case your choice hotel is not available. We will make every effort to fulfill your request. Once we receive your request, we will notify you that a room block was created and your credit card information and room list, (must have a separate name for each room), is due by 5 pm June 5, 2021, and once the room is received a separate reservation will be placed for each room and a separate reservation acknowledgement will be issued for each room.

All reservations require you to supply your credit card information number, however, the credit cards are not charged in advance of your scheduled stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made between July 17, 2021 and 5 pm on August 17, 2021 will be charged $100 by the Housing Bureau. Cancellations placed anytime after 5 pm on August 17, 2021 will be charged one night's room and tax by the Hotel.

Upon Check-in guests will be asked to verify their departure dates. At that time, scheduled departure dates can be altered. Early check-out changes made thereafter shall be subject to an administrative fee of one night's room and tax.
