Columbus is excited to host the 2022 OHCA Convention. Through this site you can make/modify or cancel your hotel reservations and receive an immediate acknowledgment number and email with your reservation details.

To complete the reservation process please follow the prompts on each page and be aware that you must check the button to accept the "Terms and Conditions" and then click "BOOK”. Once your reservation is confirmed the next page will display a reservation code (acknowledgment number), and you will also receive an emailed acknowledgment. If you do not see a message telling you your reservation is complete with a reservation code (acknowledgment number) then the reservation process did not complete. Please direct any concerns to

Please advise if you are an "Attendee or Exhibitor" and provide the following information, the arrival/departure date, the required number of rooms, number of people per room, company name, contact name, address, phone number, and email address. Also list 3 hotel choices in case your choice hotel is not available. We will make every effort to fulfill your request. Once we receive your request, we will notify you that your room block was created. Your credit card information (do not email the credit card information, we will call you for this) and room list, (must have a separate name for each room), is due by 5 pm April 1, 2022 and once the room list is received a separate reservation will be placed for each room and a separate reservation acknowledgement will be issued.

All reservations require you to supply your credit card information, however, the credit cards are not charged in advance of your scheduled stay unless cancellation fees apply.

Cancellation Policy

Any Reservation canceled between April 10, 2022 and May 10, 2022 will be charged a cancel fee of $100.00 by the Housing Bureau. Any cancellations received on or after May 11, 2022 and no-shows will be charged a fee equal to one-nights room and tax by the hotel.

Upon Check-in guests will be asked to verify their departure dates. At that time, scheduled departure dates can be altered. Early check-out changes made thereafter shall be subject to a Early Departure Fee equaled to One Night’s Room and Tax


Room list are due by 5 pm April 1, 2022.

Experience Columbus & Passkey is the only approved, official housing vendor for OHCA 2022. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates, or may imply or claim an affiliation with the OHCA. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist. If you are contacted by any company that is NOT Experience Columbus or Passkey, please notify OHCA at before providing any information to a secondary housing vendor.
