• A 50% deposit is required when registering for a booth (if you choose to pay by check we must receive payment within 10 days)
•You will use the interactive floor plan to select your booth in real time. Please be aware of the companies around your booth selection and do not choose a booth next to/in close proximity to a booth with a similar type company
• Approximately 8 weeks prior to the Convention you will receive an Exhibitor Service Kit with complete instructions for ordering additional furniture, electrical service, internet, labor and freight handling
