Booth sales are now open for the OHCA 2026 Annual Convention & Expo. Below are the instructions and link:
- Click this link: Expo Harvester - OHCA 2026
- Under “New 2026 Exhibitor”, click the black “Rent Booth” button
- Type your company’s name in the box
- Under “Organization Type”, click the blue arrow button and choose "Member" or “Non-Member”
- Click “Continue” to complete your information details and choose your booth
- If you need a larger booth, 10 x 20, 10 x 30, etc.. please email Heidi McCoy at hmccoy@ohca.org to let her know what booth numbers you would like combined and she can do so on the back end (you cannot choose more than one booth, so she must combine them before you rent one)
After you rent your booth, you will receive an email with your 2026 ACCESS KEY. This can be used to go back into your booth portal and make any updates if needed.
Registration for your booth attendees and for hotels will not open until February 23rd.
