Booth Registration will open in January 2025
The OHCA Convention will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on May 5-8, 2025. The Expo will be held on May 6th and 7th.
The Ohio Health Care Association Annual Convention offers great booth fees for Industry Partner Members. The OHCA Industry Partner Membership program is $1000 annually and includes our complimentary membership list, a complimentary yearly email, referrals, vendor locator on website, and news & information.

The Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) will hold our convention this year from May 5-8 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Exhibit hall hours will be on Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7. Booth sales are now open. Use this link to register for a booth. Click the blue "Rent Booth" button to get started. If you need a larger booth (for example, a 10x20) please email me with what booths you would like combined so I can do so on my end. You also can see the interactive floor plan here. Over 300 booths are available, and we look forward to another great exposition.

Payment Schedule:
50% of the booth fee is due upon booth registration; full payment is due by 4/1/2025. If registering 4/1/2025 or after, full payment is due upon booth registration.
Cancellation policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booth reservation. Booth reservations may be cancelled with a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee up until April 1, 2025. No refunds will be extended after April 2, 2025.
