Tear Down: Wednesday, May 15th from 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm

 

Welcome Reception: Monday, May 13th from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm (free for all      attendees and vendors)

 

President’s Event: Wednesday, May 15th from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm (ticketed event)

Payment Schedule: At least 50% of the booth fee is due upon booth registration; full payment is due by 4/1/2024.  If registering on 4/1/2024 or after, full payment is due upon booth registration.

Cancellation Policy: Booth reservations may be cancelled with a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee up until April 1, 2024. No refunds will be extended after April 2, 2024.

 

What is included in your booth price:

  • Three (3) complimentary booth personnel registrations per exhibiting company per 10' x 10' booth*. All registrants must be employees of the exhibiting company. All exhibitor registrants are permitted to attend the educational sessions (without CEs). An additional fee will only apply if the company registrant wishes to obtain CEs.
  • Over four (4) hours of dedicated trade show time
  • One (1) six-foot skirted display table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) 9’ x 10’ carpet and waste basket
  • Pre-convention registrant email list four weeks prior to show
  • Post-convention registrant email list two weeks following the show
  • 24-hour security in the exhibit hall

* Replacement badges are available free of charge for booth personnel replacing other booth personnel on the show floor. Replacement badges are to be turned it at the registration desk and the new badge will be immediately issued. Additional badges beyond your company’s per booth limit are available for an additional $75/each.

 

What is NOT included in your booth price: (vendor will contact you after you register for your booth)

 

  • Wi-Fi –Smart City Networks

  • Extra furniture – Fern
  • Shipping of materials to and from the Convention Center –Fern
  • Parking – numerous parking garages are available; no overnight parking in the loading docks
  • Lodging – will be completed during the registration of your booth attendees and will be open at the end of January 2024)
