Trinity Community at Beavercreek is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Assisted Living Director.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operations of our assisted living ensuring high-quality care and compliance with state regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, individualized care.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for resident care and engagement, promoting a vibrant community atmosphere.
• Collaborate with families and residents to ensure personalized and effective care plans.
• Manage budgeting and financial planning for the assisted living facility to ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and open communication among staff.
What We're Looking For:
• A compassion leader with a bachelor's degree. CEAL is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a management role within an assisted living or long-term care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a track record of building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
