The CMS Requirements of Participation changes have resulted in an advanced implementation of QAPI processes. As healthcare providers, care delivery should be analyzed using a systematic approach to improve quality and efficiency. This session will provide participants with tools to apply Six Sigma, Project Management, and SWOT Analysis to the QAPI process regardless of the healthcare setting. Merging these concepts together offers healthcare providers a more concise implementation of process improvement thus improving customer satisfaction and managing costs.
