Delegate or Suffocate

Level: Intermediate

Individuals are promoted daily to leadership roles because they are good at the technical part of their position. However, many times these individuals find themselves in a struggle because they have not been taught how to lead. Things change when an individual goes from being a 'doer' to a 'leader'. This person is no longer responsible to do the job, they are now responsible to motivate, inspire and delegate to their associates. In this session you will be introduced to traits and actions that, if applied, will result in you becoming a successful and empowering leader.
