This session will explore the most current information available on the transformation of the ICF reimbursement methodology in more than 20 years. We will discuss and analyze reimbursement changes for each cost center and explore the ramifications of system reform, coupled with the Department's initiative to move toward more home and community based waiver services. We will explore strategies to improve profitability using benchmarking/performance indicators while discussing current downsizing and conversion challenges and opportunities. We will examine Home Community Based Services options given current and future rebalancing initiatives, including new opportunities for Day Array and Employment Services.
