Making A Difference - Being Me

Making A Difference happens when each member of the team recognizes their uniqueness and that they matter to the whole of the team. In order for a leader to achieve ownership and investment from the association they must earn the trust of the associates. Team members will not invest and make a difference in their work world until they see that their leaders and teachers are going to 'walk the talk' or just 'talk the talk'. Associates want to know their leaders are going to teach it, preach it and do it!
