Achieving A Quality Assurance Program In Assisted Living

This session will focus on the ever changing world of Assisted Living and the increased focus on the development of Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement programs. With the increased acuity and staffing challenges in assisted living, a strong QA program is vital to assist in moving your facility to the top of the preferred provider lists. Development of a QAPI plan as well as real life audit tools will be the main focus of this informative session. In addition, how to use QAPI processes that promotes positive quality outcomes will be discussed.
