With the changes in the rating system and new regulations, only a small percentage of skilled nursing facilities will achieve a five star quality rating. The fact remains that this rating can be impacted by a variety of factors at any given time. This 90-minute session is geared to skilled nursing facility leaders who are seeking to position their organizations for consistent and sustainable census success regardless of their current star rating.
