Like it or not, a family or resident has or will put a video camera in a resident's room in your facility. Sometimes they do it secretly, like in a digital photo frame, and sometimes they put them in plain view. This raises major issues – from privacy issues to demoralizing caregivers. Also, social media is now seen as an activity of daily living for your residents and employees. What concerns and issues exist with social media in your facility?
