Survey and Enforcement Update: What’s Goin’ On?

The past year has seen more significant changes in the area of survey and enforcement than any other year over the past several decades. These changes have included new/revised ROPs, new/revised Guidance and revised instructions regarding the use and application of survey-related penalties, such as CMPs. This session will summarize those developments and discuss the impact of such changes on providers since they were implemented late last year. In particular, the speakers will discuss the latest survey trends and focuses by addressing specific survey citations, appeal strategies and other hot topics.
