This session will provide updates and analysis of federal activity relevant for assisted living providers, including a focus on Medicaid developments such as the status of the final rule defining home- and community-based settings and the Government Accountability Office report on Medicaid in assisted living. Key quality initiatives that help assisted living providers thrive in a changing marketplace will also be discussed.
