Pioneer Award Winners
The OHCA Pioneer Award is designed to recognize Ohioans influential in the development and advancement of long-term care programs, education, professionalism or ideals. The Awards, presented during the Association's Annual Convention, honor the commitment of these individuals to excellence in long-term care services.
A panel of OHCA Past Presidents oversees the Awards and the selection process, led by the OHCA Immediate Past President. Honorees are recognized in Association publications, and in materials distributed to media, legislators, state agencies and others statewide.
Members may use the Pioneer Award Nomination Form to propose Pioneer Award candidates to the selection group.
