Description CULTURE AND ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT •Oversees the development of strategies, initiatives and opportunities to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction, engagement and retention. •Maintains a firm grasp over employee morale and company culture •Address cultural issues including organizational change, agility, social networking, ethics and values, innovation, customer focus and diversity. •Ensures that the values of the organization are communicated and understood at all levels, providing clarity as to the expected behavior of all employees and the development of a high performance culture. •Oversees the creation and development of team building programs to enhance sense of collaboration throughout enterprise TALENT MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT •Provide guidance, direction, and support to Executive Leadership Team. •Partner with leadership to build the quality and depth of talent, pushing decision making down to the lowest level by providing authority and resources •Ensure performance management processes and systems are consistent and upheld companywide. •Coach & develop others for promotion into positions where they will succeed through actively establishing training and learning solutions for talent growth companywide. •Actively intervene to create & energize positive change, leading by example STRATEGIC OPERATIONS OVERSIGHT •Responsible for the overall design and administration of the benefit systems. Analyzes existing benefit policies of the organization and prevailing practices among similar organizations to establish competitive benefits programs. •Leads the overall operating success of the enterprise. This includes design, communication and implementation of CARE & financial systems is to insure a sustainable operation. Development of reimbursement strategies, insures compliance and designs communication systems for the enterprise. •Provide direction and oversight for the development and administration of policies and practices to ensure compliance with related legislation, regulations and guidelines and to operate in a way consistent with organizational strategy and culture. •Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner consistent with the mission and values of the organization. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE •Bachelor's Degree Required. Master’s Degree in relevant field of study preferred. •10 years of experience in long term care and assisted living leadership. •Strong understanding of health care reimbursement, revenue and cost systems.
