Exhibit Booth Personnel Name Badge Registration

You will need your booth number to register online. If you are a member it will ask for your user name and password at the first screen. If you don’t know your booth number and/or member user name and password contact Cindy Lee at or 614-540-1331.

No registrations or registration changes will be accepted by telephone.

Each exhibitor must wear the official exhibitor badge at all times while at the show site. Trading of badges with other representatives or attendees is strictly prohibited. No distributors or suppliers of an exhibiting company will be allowed admission to the exhibit hall unless an active exhibitor agrees to register them.

Exhibitors are prohibited from ordering badges for clients or facility staff not employed by the exhibitor. Abuse of this policy may result in the exhibitor not being able to exhibit at future Association sponsored events.

Name badges will be mailed from the Association office prior to the convention. Please provide an address where the representative will receive their badge in time to bring it with them to the Convention. Booth personnel must bring this badge with them for entrance to the exhibit hall. All badges requested after April 10 or printed on site will incur an additional charge that will be billed to the exhibiting company.

Each exhibiting company receives three (3) badges for each 10’ x 10’ booth space reserved. Additional company representatives can be added for $50.00 per person for Members and $60.00 per person for Non-Members.

Can Exhibitors Attend Educational Seminars?

An exhibitor badge does give you entry to all educational seminars at NO additional charge. If you are interested in receiving CEU credits, you must also register as an attendee. See below for details. The Tuesday General Session Luncheon is not included with your exhibitor badge.

CEU Registration:
If you are an exhibitor that wants CEUs you MUST register as an attendee using the Attendee Registration Form in addition to this Exhibitor Name Badge Registration Form.

Networking and Evening Events

The Tuesday evening party at 9;00 p.m. is open to ALL attendees. The Tuesday General Session Luncheon is considered an educational session with CEUs and therefore is not included with your exhibitor badge. Exhibitors can participate in the Monday PAC Golf outing and Wednesday President's Dinner for an additonal fee.
