Pictures Needed for Revamped Association Website The
Association is in the process of upgrading the usability, improving the
navigation and giving a face-lift to the current website. As part of this
effort, we would like to include pictures provided by members that feature their
staff, residents and events as part of the graphic makeover. We are asking
members to send us high-quality digital photos that include resident/staff
interactions, family visits, pets, special occasions and other scenes that
depict the life in Ohio’s long-term care facilities. When using a picture, we
will include the name and location of the member. Pictures may be professional
shots taken for company brochures, websites or other use, or simply high-quality
snapshots taken by staff, families and others. Because these photos will be used
on the Association website, we are looking for well-lighted and focused pictures
that do not appear to be posed; only the best images will be selected for use.
Facilities should keep on file a photo release (sample here) for
anyone pictured. Digital photos may be emailed to
, or digital media (CD/DVD, flash
card, thumb drive, etc.) may be mailed to the Assocaition offices, Attention:
Website Photos. All photos should be accompanied with the name and address of
the facility, as well as the name of the individual submitting the images.
