Membership Information Click here for membership_application Ohio Centers for Assisted Living Membership in the Ohio Centers for Assisted Living (OCAL), an affiliate of OHCA, is open to all assisted living facilities in Ohio. All facilities under common ownership and/or operational control and required to make application for membership. Membership into OCAL also includes membership in AHCA’s National Center for Assisted Living. Click here for membership_application Ohio Centers for Intellectual Disabilities Membership in the Ohio Centers for Intellectual Disabilities (OCID), an affiliate of OHCA, is open to all ICF/MR facilities in Ohio. All facilities under common ownership and/or operational control and required to make application for membership. Membership into OCID also includes membership in the American Health Care Association. Click here for membership_application Associate Membership OHCA Associate Membership is open to persons and/or organizations involved with, or have a business or personal interest in the industry, except for those eligible for regular OHCA membership or membership in the Ohio Centers for Assisted Living, or having ownership or control of a facility eligible for membership. Click here for associate_membership_application Individual Membership OHCA Individual Membership is designed for licensed administrators who are not employed by a long-term care facility or company eligible for Associate Membership. Individual memberships aid administrators in becoming part of the long-term care network by providing contact with other health care professionals and broader access to other resources. Click here for Individual Membership Application Student Membership OHCA Student Membership is open to individuals enrolled in high school, in an institution of higher education, in the Core of Knowledge or in the Administrator in Training (AIT) program.
