New RAI/MDS 3.0 Oct 2011 edition in binder format includes 49 color-coded tab sections for easy reference. Three-ring binder allows quick access to forms for Resident Assessments and other operational issues. October 2011 edition includes updated CMS content released in 2010 up through September 2011. Also includes a CD-ROM for quick searches.  This manual includes a yearly subscription service. Printed updates for CMS content released during a quarterly period will automatically be sent to purchasers at the beginning of the next quarter. Updates are determined by CMS and not AHCA. If no updates are released, AHCA will not ship anything for the quarterly period. Subscriptions also include a CD-ROM of updated, comprehensive content for quick searches.
